Breen /Quinn | Print |  E-mail

I have just found out after a fifteen year search!!! That my Gt Grandfather Patrick Breen was born in Tullylish round about 1848. He married Mary Quin who was from County Down around 1868. I haven't found a birth for Patrick or Mary or a marriage record, so I would be extremely grateful if you could point me in the right direction, please. Patrick and Mary ended up living in Rostrevor, where my Grandmother Charlotte Breen was baptised in 1890. In 1901 the family had moved to Coatbridge Scotland, I believe they moved for work.

They had children born in Lawrencetown, Banbridge, Kilkeel and Rostrevor. So they must have got married in that area.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, as it is has been a long hard search to find my Irish roots.

Many thanks

Dorothy
