To start 2016 we have a host of different workshops taking place throughout the month and full details can be found below. To book a place on any of the courses just click on the book now button.

Our regular weekly programmes also re-commence next week starting on Monday with our Monday Morning Meditation Group from 11am - 12.00 noon. On Tuesday next our Centering Prayer Meetings from 7.30pm - 8.30pm with Denis Gleeson also start back and finally on Thursday Muintearas Criostai - Weekly Thursday Evening Irish Prayer Meetings re-commence fro 7.30pm - 9.30pm. There is no cost for any of these programmes just a donation towards light and heat and all are welcome to attend. More information can be found on our web site www.emmauscentre.ie

Creative Meditation - Meditation Through Art - Maeve Peoples

This one-day workshop offers an introduction to meditation though art, allowing us time to reflect and be still. By focusing the mind on the task of drawing and expressing creatively, we can learn how to reach a meditative state. Meditation through art is traditionally a natural and integral aspect of spiritual paths.
