Hello Catherine:
 
Thought you might like my goings-on.  February 22nd I ran up a 54 story building (picture included) in 12 minutes, 47 seconds, good enough for 1st place finish in my age catagory (60 - 69).  Enclosed is a picture of the elite team, West Coast Labels.  Our team finished 1st in the open team division. 
 
The extra picture I enclosed of me is on my way out to celebrate my 69th birthday.  Thank you Catherine.  I enjoy the website very much and I check it every day.
