Important Information.
On Thursday 6th April 2017 some of our children will receive the Sacrament of
Confirmation.
The role of sponsor is a very important role to undertake - to be admitted as a sponsor, a person must (Code of Canon Law §874)
be a practising Catholic,
suitable for this
role and
have the intention of fulfilling it;
be not less than sixteen years of age;
not be either the father or the mother of the child.
