On Thursday 24^th October 2019, the legendary Margaret Barry (1917-1989) was inducted into the RTE Radio1 Hall of Fame at a ceremony held at Irish Music Venue, Vicar Street in Dublin.

As you know, the late Margaret Barry lived in Miller Park, Laurencetown at the end of her life and she is buried in Laurencetown Cemetery.
