On Wednesday the 11th March, the SELB launched a new and innovative ' transition app' for tablets, iphones and other 'smart' devices.  The aim of this app is to support pupils in the transition from Primary School to Secondary, progression through important stages in their schooling and the transition from secondary school to the world of work, university or college or other career pathways.  There were several schools in the SELB area selected to participate in the creation of this 'app'.  Stephen McArdle and Katie Doyle, both year 10 pupils in Saint Patrick's College were chosen to represent Saint Patrick's College.  Both pupils were provided with an iPad so that they could contribute to an online 'blog' about their experiences in school to date. Both described it as a very enjoyable experience.
