Over the last couple of weeks, year 8 pupils have been very industrious!  Their literacy, creativity and IT skills were really put to the test as they all had to compose a poem for their mothers to present to them on Mother’s Day.  The poems were a joy to read, some of them totally heartfelt.  We struggled to choose the best poems as they were all excellent.  Winners travelled to surprise their mums with a bouquet of flowers and a copy of their poems.  Other pupils were awarded Easter Eggs in recognition of the effort their put into their poems.
