On Monday 29th September 2014, Dr. Éamon Phoenix, (political historian, broadcaster and head of life-long learning at Stranmillis University College) brought his Life-long learners to the Upper Bann Valley. They began Week One of their tour at the Society of Friends Meeting House at Moyallon and then continued to Woodbank House, finishing at Elmfield Castle.

Our own historian, Plunkett Campbell organised the tour and shared his knowledge of the Linen Industry with this dedicated band of  'Lifelong Learners' from Stranmillis.
Thanks to the group for sharing their photographs with us.
